Customer's reviews
I booked their Deluxe Room on 6th July while on my way to Islamabad from Karachi. I stayed one night here.
The booking lady on the phone was extremely humble and courteous. She offered a very good discount on my request. I believe that in this price bracket, this hotel is an extraordinary stay.
The location is very good, but the hotel entrance could use a bit of maintenance.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable — especially the washrooms, which were neat and spotless. Room service was also up to the mark. Staff was well-trained and professional.
The AC was chilled throughout the stay. I was with my family and two kids (aged 6 and 3), and we all really liked the experience. It made our night stay very comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES!!
Thank you for your great service!

Stayed at Crown Inn Hotel for a week during an official trip and came away thoroughly satisfied. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly.
The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive — always willing to go the extra mile, which made a real difference during a busy work week. Breakfast was a highlight: a good spread with fresh options that set the day off well.
The rooms were quiet and comfortable, which I especially appreciated after long days of meetings. Parking was easy and hassle-free — a small thing, but one that makes a big difference when you're traveling for business.
Overall, Crown Inn Hotel is a reliable, comfortable choice in Multan, particularly for business travelers. I'd happily stay here again on my next trip and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
