I booked their Deluxe Room on 6th July while on my way to Islamabad from Karachi. I stayed one night here. The booking lady on the phone was extremely humble and courteous. She offered a very good discount on my request. I believe that in this price bracket, this hotel is an extraordinary stay. The location is very good, but the hotel entrance could use a bit of maintenance. The rooms were very clean and comfortable — especially the washrooms, which were neat and spotless. Room service was also up to the mark. Staff was well-trained and professional. The AC was chilled throughout the stay. I was with my family and two kids (aged 6 and 3), and we all really liked the experience. It made our night stay very comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES!! I like the hotel ambiance and rooms. Staff was extremely polite and cooperative. Rooms were neat clean and to my requirement. Breakfast is always included, I didn't have it since I left early morning for travelling. Hotel Highly recommended. Btw, the location is in the garment mall kind of lavish market with wide roads / parking and feels very secure without the fear of market noises or any mishap. Amazing hospitality, clean and sleek environment. It was quite beyond my expectations, the behavior of the staff was quite the cherry on the top. I booked the Luxury Suite which was quite economical compared to the standard maintained by the management. We are coming from Nathia gali good experience in hotel crown inn, in fact this was our first time to stay in this hotel. Hotel is located within the city centre and close to motorway. Great Experience. Very cooperative staff especially Saqib and Ahmed Reception managers are very congenial and cultured. Stayed for 2 weeks in a row and second week was even better. I am its customer since 2012 and found it very good hotel in the town. Everything is perfect after renovation and change of management. Staff should be more polite and friendly. Please facilitate guests with Valet parking. Also minimize noise in lobby. ~ Muhammad A
