Clients reviews about Hotel Crown Inn Multan

Stayed at Crown Inn Hotel for a week during an official trip and came away thoroughly satisfied. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly. The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive — always willing to go the extra mile, which made a real difference during a busy work week. Breakfast was a highlight: a good spread with fresh options that set the day off well. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, which I especially appreciated after long days of meetings. Parking was easy and hassle-free — a small thing, but one that makes a big difference when you're traveling for business. Overall, Crown Inn Hotel is a reliable, comfortable choice in Multan, particularly for business travelers. I'd happily stay here again on my next trip and recommend it to anyone visiting the city. ~ Umair R

I booked their Deluxe Room on 6th July while on my way to Islamabad from Karachi. I stayed one night here. The booking lady on the phone was extremely humble and courteous. She offered a very good discount on my request. I believe that in this price bracket, this hotel is an extraordinary stay. The location is very good, but the hotel entrance could use a bit of maintenance. The rooms were very clean and comfortable — especially the washrooms, which were neat and spotless. Room service was also up to the mark. Staff was well-trained and professional. The AC was chilled throughout the stay. I was with my family and two kids (aged 6 and 3), and we all really liked the experience. It made our night stay very comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES!! Thank you for your great service! ~ Umer K

Amazing hospitality, clean and sleek environment. It was quite beyond my expectations, the behavior of the staff was quite the cherry on the top. I booked the Luxury Suite which was quite economical compared to the standard maintained by the management. P.S : The food in this place too was quite exceptional, my personal favorite was the Chicken Achari Handi served in the lunch buffet. Highly recommended and a must try . Dr Gulshan Ahmed ~ Shaan A

I like the hotel ambiance and rooms. Staff was extremely polite and cooperative. Rooms were neat clean and to my requirement. Breakfast is always included, I didn't have it since I left early morning for travelling. Hotel Highly recommended. Btw, the location is in the garment mall kind of lavish market with wide roads / parking and feels very secure without the fear of market noises or any mishap. So the venue is secure as well. ~ Muhammad M
